Viking Fusion Feature: Kaleigh Carpenter

The inspiring story of Berry student-athlete Kaleigh Carpenter was featured in the summer issue of the NCAA’s Champion magazine. The rising sophomore, who was born missing most of her left arm, has proven herself to be one tough competitor on the tennis court, earning honorable mention All-Conference recognition as a freshman. Playing with a prosthetic device that helps her serve, Kaleigh finished 16-5 in singles and 15-6 in doubles while helping the Lady Vikings claim runner-up honors in the inaugural Southern Athletic Association tournament.
